Sabrina Freeman is the Director of Finance for Sowell Management and the Director of Trek Wealth Solutions, a division of Sowell Management. The dual roles are designed to tap into her in-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, talent development, and her passion teaching financial literacy.

 

A seasoned professional, Sabrina brings 20+ years of experience from working in Walmart Inc.’s global retail operations. In 2019, Sabrina pivoted her career to begin a journey into wealth management in financial services fulfilling a dream she has had since graduating from the University of Tennesse with a BS in Finance. An avid student of retail and wealth management, Sabrina has been grateful for the leaders, mentors, associates, and business partners who have taught her the nuances of each business. In exchange, she has spent time teaching financial planning and analysis, collaborating on ways to grow the business, and developing the next generation of talent. 

 

The journey into wealth management has progressed from being an Investment Advisor Representative at Wealthpath Financial Services & Pensionmark, in Rogers, AR.  Next to Simmons Bank and LPL Financial, as the Vice President of Wealth Management – Operations & Strategy their Investment Services team, on to becoming the Financial Manager for all lines of businesses, Private Wealth, Private Banking, Retirement Plan Services, Corporate Trust, and Investment Services. Along her journey, Sabrina earned her securities licenses, passing FINRA’s Series 63, 65, SIE and 7 exams, to become an Investment Advisor Representative and a Registered Representative. 

 

In 2024, Sabrina’s journey led her to Sowell Management and their retail division Trek Wealth. Connecting with Bill Sowell, Daryl Seaton and the leadership team, Sabrina was intrigued by their entrepreneurial spirit, the use of data driven insights, and opportunities for growth. The selling feature was the focus on ethics of being a fiduciary for clients and the common connections we shared from each company along her journey. 

 

Sabrina’s partner throughout her journeys is her husband Jeff and their son Phillip. The three Freemans have enjoyed building a life in Northwest Arkansas since landing here in 1998. From exploring Arkansas’ trails with their dogs Sissy and Ellie, kayaking the rivers with friends and family, playing golf, and cycling the greenways, they feel in love with the Natural State. It has many of the features of their home states of North Carolina and Tennessee. After becoming empty nestors they spend time exploring places where Phillip studied at the University of Kansas and serves in the US Air Force.
