Kendraya excels in her role as a solutions consultant because of her innate problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and passion for collaborating with others.

Kendraya came to Sowell Management from Ameriprise Financial Services, where she was the account services manager. She has a cross-section of professional experience, having served in previous roles that include advertising manager at Patientpoint, a tech solutions company for the healthcare industry, as a marketing account executive for The Design Group, a communications firm, and as a legal assistant for Cross, Gunter Witherspoon and Galchus, a Little Rock-based law firm. She has extensive experience in client relationship management, project management, and administrative support. An avid learner, Kendraya earned her BBA with a major in business management and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

A native of Whitehall, Arkansas, Kendraya is the proud mom of her young son, Enzo, who is the light of her life. She admires his intelligence, inquisitiveness, sweetness, and remarkable personality, she says. She was proud to be a stay-at-home mom for the first part of his life, and today she prioritizes her time with him – especially enjoying the outdoors. In her free time, Kendraya enjoys writing, cooking, discovering new restaurants, listening to music, exercising and traveling, although quality time with family and close friends comes first. And what are her favorite meals? Catfish, spaghetti or a good salad.

Kendraya’s appreciation for communicating and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and her kind, can-do, uplifting spirit make her a natural fit for her job. She says she strives to grant herself grace and not be the perfectionist she is inclined to be, and she strives to give that same grace to others.
