Vincent Gimarelli joined Sowell Management in February 2026 as the firm’s first Chief Development Officer, leading enterprise growth strategy, advisor recruiting, investment management distribution, and strategic relationship management. Vince drives the firm’s business development initiatives, including M&A acceleration and the expansion of enhanced growth partnerships.

With more than 30 years in wealth management, Vince brings deep experience across the RIA ecosystem, M&A strategy, and enterprise development. Before joining Sowell, he served as Institutional Sales and Consulting Director at AssetMark, where he led national programs focused on advisor growth, technology alignment, and platform integration. He previously founded Hemispheres Consulting, advising RIAs, private equity firms, and investors on acquisitions, operational optimization, and business transformation.

Throughout his career, Vince has been known for disciplined execution, thoughtful integration, and a strong commitment to advisors and their clients. A graduate of Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, he’s recognized for his transparent, ethical leadership and his belief that a positive attitude drives positive outcomes.

An Oregon native, Vince remains connected to the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, he enjoys scenic photography, concerts, and 80s music.
