Ty joined Sowell Management in November 2021, bringing with her more than seven years’ industry experience in service and sales. She spent most of her career at TD Ameritrade and most recently with Charles Schwab. She loves to be challenged and to feel the work she does is rewarding and fulfilling. Ty enjoys working with others, providing excellent service, problem solving and giving her absolute best every day. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic are truly contagious.

Her hometown is Carrollton, Texas. Ty earned a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of North Texas where she majored in interdisciplinary studies. She has the Series 7 and 63.

As an amateur baker, Ty enjoys making macarons, cupcakes and lemon bars. A resident of Denton, Texas, she loves rollercoasters and frequents Six Flags Over Texas. While spending time at home last year, Ty developed a fitness routine and enjoys working out every morning.
